sometimes I get carried away

I THINK MAYBE I GOT A LITTLE CARRIED AWAY.  i AM VERY UPSET AND SOMETIMES I SAY THINGS I SHOULDN'T OR DON'T MEAN.
   iM SORRY,  i DIDN'T MEAN TO BE SO HATEFILLED AND MEAN.....i JUST GET SO UPSET.
            PLEASE FORGIVE , i DO APOLOGIZE.  i'M REALLY NOT A MEAN PERSON. i GUESS THIS IS JUST MAKING ME CRAZY LIKE A DOG. SO SORRY.

Everything Stays the Same if Nothing Changes?

   My confusion, the only thing that stays the same now 

The world is at a standstill for me. Minutes, hours, days, weeks and now months are going by.  I keep finding myself standing and staring, for how long.  I do this how many times?  This is all I do, or at least that is what it seems like.  I can't start anything, I can't finish anything, I can't hardly do anything, and nothing seems right when I do.  I HATE YOU, ALL OF YOU, AND I HOPE YOU ALL GO TO HELL AND SUFFER EVERYDAY TILL YOU GET THERE!  (you know who you are that i am talking to, every single one of you) This will haunt you every day for the rest of your life. I Say.

  Anywhere else in the WORLD, this would be kidnapping!  Give us our baby back! You are stealing our baby so you can sell her.  

  Your stupid kangaroo court;  only letting certain amounts of information be heard instead of all of the details./ the details that would completely change the situation.  How can a baby test positive for drugs when she is born, and the mother test negative? How can you take a baby from her mother when she has not failed a U A, not even once. You are destroying more than one life here. The damage that you are causing is going to last for lifetimes.  And why? Lack of cooperation? Not helping you do your job keeping the streets safe. 

\  Maybe someone should follow you guys around.  What would we find in your pockets if we searched you at any given moment?  What if we randomly asked you take a U A, what kind of or how many drugs would we find.  Any of you, and you know who I am talking to.  

  How can you have a jury trial when there have been no charges filed.  Not when you took the baby, not at any one of the number of court hearings that there have been.  Your details are not the only details that there are.  Maybe a jury trial is the way to go. The lack of unbiased judgement is so obvious that it might be turned around and bite You on the Butt.  :I hope it does = the damage is total.  You will suffer too though, even if it is only when you are alone in the dark and can't go to sleep because of your own crookedness., and not just this crookedness, but all of your crookedness, ALL OF YOU!!!!!

  Don't look over your shoulder, maybe someone is watching you right now.  

\You are so wrong, so wrong.  The only way you can make any of it right is to stop right now and give us our baby back.  There are so many children out there that truly need help. But you insist on wasting time and money on your personal vendettas,  give us our baby back!  Step outside the picture and look at the situation. YOU ARE WRONG and you would see it. Your reasons are trumped up. Visiting someone who is locked up is not against the law. My god you approved the visits. What is wrong with you..  Maybe it really is for the kikback you will get when you adopt her out. What would you do if someone took one of your babys?  or took something else maybe.  Don't look now.

The Judicial system in Okmulgee is such a joke. Judge: (A peron with sufficient knowledge to decide on the merits of a question). District Attorney: (Prosecuting attorney of the district.)(Without bias,& Prejudice). Now check into our judicial system and find any that are not addicted to power and their self serving ego. I'm not saying that a lot of the crimes are not correctly sentenced, but a large majority are a (I'll show you who's boss). Unreal sentences that destroy lifes. Granted you do someting wrong, you should pay for it as the law decrees. But I have seen seen people with major crimes get a slap on the hand and get 5 to 10 for it, while someone with (no manufacturing or selling to someone else) only using and alternated perscription (big wrong). In other words only hurting herself. No one else. But was give 2 twenty years concurrent. Only because a Judge said (get in trouble again and I will stick it to you). now I CAN GO KILL SOMEONE and it's a no-no, but indanger myself and get half of my life taken away. Please explain this to me. They talk about adictions and have drug courts for them (which is another big joke, another way of trying to make money to pay the incompentent people who run this so call system.) Most of the Judges have a major addiction. It's ego and power. Power feeds their ego and the ego lives on their power. Good or wrong they feed on it. Take away their power and their ego would have notheing feed on and deflat. Maybe then they could become human beings again and as vulnerable as the rest of the human race.

Home of the Free and the Brave??

This has been the declaration of our beautiful country since we established our first colonies. Looking for the freedom to pray the way we wanted to, to break out of the cast system that held people down, to be anybody you wanted to be, the possibility to have anything you wanted to have.The right to say no; you didn't want to do it that way. The freedom to do it your way.
Ask a kid today what freedom means to them and they will tell you that it means not being in prison. To them it means not getting caught when they are committing some crime against society, instead of the freedom to have a dream and pursuing it with many options of achievement; or the freedom to change something with a better plan of success!
Not just spending your life trying not to get in trouble so you don't go to jail. I am guessing that over 65 percent of the people in the United States have either been in jail, just gotten out of jail, or are on their way to jail. And once you are caught up in that runaway judicial merry go round does someone ever again get to enjoy the freedom of pursuing their dreams or expressing ideas or thoughts of how to make things better, for themselves or this country. There is always more than one way to do any one thing. That being part of the freedom part.
What ever happened to being punished for your crime, doing your time, hopefully learning your lesson, figuring out that you were doing it wrong and finding a right way to get on with your life.
In the crooked county of Okmulgee there is seldom the option to figure out a better way to get on with your life. If you get in trouble in this crooked town you barely have the option to breathe the way you want to. You are rarely allowed to reenter society, or given any options of ever becoming more than you were when you got in trouble. Okmulgee has there own cast system. When you get in trouble in Okmulgee you become someones pay check. The judge, the attorney, the cop, the DHS, the DOC, one of them, or some of them, or all of them, will impose impossible demands, impose unjustified situations, and keep you down with intent of never seeing you becoming a better citizen. You are there meal ticket, and they eat alot in this crooked little county. And under the desquise of making you a better person and a productive citizen, they require that you complete some idiodic program, (payments required of course) or attend some kind of county counseling, (also paying as you go.) Leaving you no time to get or keep any kind of job with a decent salary; by the way they don't really care how you pay your fines or court costs, just as long as you do, and in this crooked little county paying them once is not enough; and if you live in this town and get in trouble in this town, you will pay not once for your crime but pay for your crime for the rest of your life.
I personally know a very young, beautiful, loving, mixed up young woman that got in trouble in this town. She got mixed up with the wrong people, not really knowing any better at her young age. She did some bad things, wrote some hot checks, forged some perscriptions, mayber some petty larceny. Im not saying any of these things are ok and should not be punished for. BUT WHAT THE F___K! One of our illustrius and probably barely literate judges got a hard on for this poor stupid girl and sentenced her to 40 straight years in prison for these non violent crimes. This young girl who has now turned into a woman at the EDDIE WARRIOR PRISON in Oklahoma had just turned 21 years old when this overstuffed, overpaid, undereducated, jackoff of a judge sentenced her to 40 years in prison without parole. This crooked county judge has obviously forgotten or never knew what being a judge was about. Me thinks he has become way to big for his britches, which is very obvious to the eye also; whatever happened to lit the time fit the crime, about learning your lesson and paying your dues. She will never get to pay for her crime and learn her lesson. She isn't getting the option grow up and become someone,( maybe someone that would have a better idea on how to deal with situations like hers). What if she would have become someone that did something so siqnificant that it changed everything that we know. But now because of some conceited, simple minded, and hate filled little egomaniac man we will never know. This is just one, of the very many, people that this soon to be insignificant has been allowed to do this to. This man has used his power to take away Americas freedom a little at a time. Who is He, What gives him the right. Where is his justification? This will probably be a man that lives a long time, simply because he will be afraid of what is coming to him when he dies, as he should be. And all of his overly out loud justifications for the sorriness of his life won't make a bit of difference in the silence of the Lord. This crooked little county just keeps on sitten an spinned. Lord help us all/. Amen

this isn't just a small problem, its a huge problem. something has to be done. maybe we should start punishing some of these people. what would they think about that????‬‏

the company you keep

 everybody should know that the company you keep can and will say something about a person. if someone comes over to your house and gets high,,,some people would assume that you got high too; no matter if you did or didn't.....   lets say you didn't though;  and a cop comes to your house looking for one of your friends, with a warrant for his arrest. he's there, they find dope on him, arrest him, and take him away.  lets say there were two other people at your house too.  they don't arrest them, they ask them a few questions and tell them to leave.  after everybody leaves the cops stick around, and start asking you questions.  they want to know where the dope came from, they wanted a name.  also letting you know that if you didn't cooperate  they were going to arrest you and take your baby away. arrangements are made to go to the police station to talk.  what can you tell them that they don't already know about in this crooked little county?so  you don't have any thing to tell them. they say they will give you a few days to think about it.  Seven days later the police show up at your house with two very educated, and well trained (haha) employees from the okmulgee county DHS. they take your baby.  (i might add without a court order or warrant or any form of identification, personal or professional) . they take your baby away somewhere and you do not know where. on a friday afternoon no less.     the baby was in no danger, or they would have taken the baby when they were there before. the living conditions were clean and safe. the baby was clean, happy and healthy.     they did not arrest the mother and she did not test positive for any drugs.
WHAT IN THE HELL DOES THAT LOOK LIKE TO YOU. i didn't know that lack of cooperation with a cop was an endangerment to an infant.  did you??????

i hate this county and every crooked judge , and every crooked cop (too many to name) every dirty DHS worker (way too many to name) tell me why our DHS case workers get paid to take their own kids to Baseball, soccer,cheerleading or whatever event and they are too busy\ with their own personal stuff during office hours, to take care of the DHS business at hand.
how is this for a perfect example of how this county runs.  one of our oh so illustrious ex-DAs, need i mention any names gets a retirement check to the sum of about $170,000.00.  that is more than he made when he was setting the crooked standards of this crooked county, and i am sure that doesn't include the undocumented amounts he gets for other decisions and deeds (right or wrong) that he got away with making.
can anybody tell me if you have to have any more than a highschool diploma to be a DHS worker in this town?
wouldn't you love to follow one of these people around, and find out exactly how much time they put into their jobs. thank god we don't pay them anymore than we do, and they still get paid too much!

where in the world is it legal for DHS to come into a home and take a 4 month old baby away without a single form of identification?

I will tell you where okmulgee county, thats where.  it is not legal, but that never bothered anybody in okmulgee county before.  If you can't afford a high dollar attorney, and i mean one from another county, then you are screwed, your baby is screwed, and your family is screwed. for a long time.  and if there was no laws broke, and nothing was found, your still screwed, because by the time they get around to your case, the baby has been placed in some strange persons house, no telling who? and the baby is grown and suffering somekind of post separation anxiety disorder or abandonment issues for the rest of its life. Does the blues (DHS) give a hoot?  hell no there is so much money kickbacks,and foster family payments, and court costs and lawyer fees and overtime(?) going on, who do you think gets most of the benefit. whats it going to take for someone to come in and investigate the so called public servants of this town.?

small county about 50 miles outside of a bigger county, like tulsa. very old money/power. the wapners are very controlled and controllable. the barneys are very manipulated and manipulative. the blues are very devastating and unsupervised. and the bindy only can see what he wants to see, or what he is told to see. In this county you only talk when you are talked to. and when you are talked to it is to tell you what to say, or what you did say, or what you are gonna say. that is the county court, that is where all the crookedness starts, but not near where it ends. theese are examples of the crookedness and corruption and devastation. everybody here has a story, and not one of them good. I hope you never run out of gas on this stretch of the highway, and god help you if you do.

they are killing my family, what is there game plan???? do they know?

they take a baby away from a mother , all with intentions of maipulation and intimidation. they want to know something and they will do anything they want to find out. where are the rules, where are the people that know the rules. or do they just make them up as they go along, i think they do. the barneys should not take a baby out of the home to use as intimidation for information.  of course the head barney should not arrest someone because they sold out side of there allocated area either? uh?  ; ir take them out of county jail to manufacture in an old abandoned house either. uh?  whos your boys now barny.?
