everybody should know that the company you keep can and will say something about a person. if someone comes over to your house and gets high,,,some people would assume that you got high too; no matter if you did or didn't..... lets say you didn't though; and a cop comes to your house looking for one of your friends, with a warrant for his arrest. he's there, they find dope on him, arrest him, and take him away. lets say there were two other people at your house too. they don't arrest them, they ask them a few questions and tell them to leave. after everybody leaves the cops stick around, and start asking you questions. they want to know where the dope came from, they wanted a name. also letting you know that if you didn't cooperate they were going to arrest you and take your baby away. arrangements are made to go to the police station to talk. what can you tell them that they don't already know about in this crooked little county?so you don't have any thing to tell them. they say they will give you a few days to think about it. Seven days later the police show up at your house with two very educated, and well trained (haha) employees from the okmulgee county DHS. they take your baby. (i might add without a court order or warrant or any form of identification, personal or professional) . they take your baby away somewhere and you do not know where. on a friday afternoon no less. the baby was in no danger, or they would have taken the baby when they were there before. the living conditions were clean and safe. the baby was clean, happy and healthy. they did not arrest the mother and she did not test positive for any drugs.
WHAT IN THE HELL DOES THAT LOOK LIKE TO YOU. i didn't know that lack of cooperation with a cop was an endangerment to an infant. did you??????
i have never heard of such a thing. What these egomaiacs are doing is called kidnapping.! I am an attorney and would really be interested in hearing the specifics of this case. I don't practice law in OK but if what you say is going on: I might be willing to do a little probono. I am anyway going to get in touch with the ACLU regarding the abuse of the courts and the DHS. Sounds like there is more going on than meets the eye here.
ReplyDeleteOkmulgee county's whole system dhs down to the courts need major investigation they have gotten a grant to do up grades to the court house and jail n did not do so the end results are higher bonds to pay back what they have mmessed up..dhs is crooked they are quick to take kids from good parentsbut Give a dope cook who has been known to do so n been. Busted back their children. Not once but five times
