The Okmulgee Judicial system in ALL branches Is a frightening, distorted version. Each branch to include law enforcement officers, prosecutors, jailers, and judges engage weekly in acts of misconduct that violate the constitutional rights of citizens and the misfortunate caught passing through. I would encourage any citizen violated by illegal search/ seizure, denial of due process, unlawful detention, over sentencing, prosecutorial misconduct to contact the United States Justice Dept. Special Investigation Unit, the FBI Public Corruption Unit, and the Western District of Arkansas FBI Unit whose office is in Muskogee. After filing formal complaints contact Ziva Branstetter at the Tulsa World. This gives her the right to investigate. I know because I have did all of the above. I also assisted with the filing of complaints against the county jail through the Oklahoma State Dept of Health. For procedural misconduct file complaint with the Okla. Bar Assoc. The Western District on they are killing my family, what is there game plan???? do they know?  Ever heard of "judge" ------ ?  well they have now .  wonder how long it will take for him to realize how wrong he was on this poor girls sentence???? Two twenty year sentences running concurrent.??? for forging a prescription?? Is this what he calls (making an example?) A 19 year old girl that has an addiction problem, that made a couple of really stupid mistakes. No violence, no murder,or rape or robbery . just young and dumb and misguided, so now she has to spend the next 40 years in a medium security prison without even a review for probation. This is judge ------s idea of making an example?????? Maybe its time for other examples to be made. Maybe someone should be made an example of for abusing the power given to him by the people.  Maybe we should take the power back. I wonder how they go about investigating a situation like this, I wonder how long it takes, I wonder if they even know they are being investigated>????????????????????? I wonder what the punishment is for such violations against the people.  I think its time for the Judge to be judged..... but that's out of my hands now.
